partners Our education partnerships are focused on leaders in art and design education who strive for cross-disciplinary design solutions, and embrace industry-university collaboration. CMTEL's first education partner is Tama Art University, a leading art and design institution based in Tokyo, Japan. In 2008, Tama became CMTEL's first licensee and founded „CMTEL@Tama„. Together the two labs will create a design research exchange to share regional specialties in color and material developments. We are currently reviewing opportunities for education partnerships in Europe and Asia.
